five pounds! woo!
some (non-core) things i ate this week on the core plan: pumpkin spice lattes, apple cider & cider donuts, chips & salsa, garlic tofu & jasmine rice at the thai restaurant.
right now i'm avoiding drinking myself into oblivion while i watch the debates!
